National Council for Higher Education

The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) is responsible for promoting and regulating the development and teaching of higher education in Malawi. 


NCHE coordinates and accredits higher education institutions and academic programs. 


The council was established by Act No. 15 of 2011.
